• Because each order is personalized and engraved just for you, processing time occurs before your order ships.

Shipping

• Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information via email.

Incorrect Addresses

• Please verify your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for packages shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

Lost or Delayed Packages

• Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery delays are outside our control. If your package appears lost, please contact us and we'll assist you in filing a carrier claim when appropriate.
