At Lasered Legacy, every item is custom-made specifically for each customer.

Because of the personalized nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for items that are personalized unless:

• The item arrives damaged.
• The wrong item was shipped.
• An engraving error was made by Lasered Legacy.
  

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:

• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photographs of the item
  

If the error is ours, we'll replace the item or provide an appropriate resolution at no additional cost.

Orders cannot be canceled once production has begun.
