Customer Responsibility

By submitting photographs, logos, artwork, designs, text, or other content for personalization, you represent and warrant that:

• You own the content or have obtained all necessary rights, licenses, or permissions to use it.
• Your submitted content does not infringe upon the copyrights, trademarks, publicity rights, privacy rights, or other intellectual property rights of any third party.
• You are authorized to grant Lasered Legacy permission to reproduce and engrave the submitted content for the purpose of fulfilling your order.

Prohibited Content

Lasered Legacy reserves the right to refuse any order that includes content we believe may:

• Infringe upon another person's or company's intellectual property rights.
• Violate applicable laws or regulations.
• Contain offensive, hateful, defamatory, or otherwise inappropriate material.
• Misuse protected logos, trademarks, or copyrighted works without authorization.

Copyrighted and Trademarked Material

We cannot reproduce copyrighted or trademarked material unless you are the owner or have permission from the rights holder.

Examples include, but are not limited to:

• Professional sports team logos
• Company logos
• Brand names and trademarks
• Copyrighted artwork
• Licensed characters
• Movie, television, and video game artwork

If we believe submitted artwork may violate intellectual property rights, we may request proof of authorization before proceeding or cancel the order.

Ownership of Customer Content

You retain ownership of any photographs, artwork, logos, or other materials you submit to us.

By placing an order, you grant Lasered Legacy a limited, non-exclusive license to use your submitted content solely for the purpose of producing, fulfilling, and shipping your order, and communicating with you regarding that order.

Lasered Legacy Content

Unless otherwise noted, all content on this website—including our logo, product photographs, descriptions, graphics, designs, branding, and website content—is the property of Lasered Legacy and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.
