How does Customization Work?

• Simply upload your photo, logo, artwork, or enter the text you'd like engraved before
  adding your item to the cart.

What types of files work best?

• High-resolution JPG, PNG, SVG, PDF, AI, and EPS files produce the best results. The higher the
  quality of your image, the better your engraving will be.

Can you engrave photographs?

• Absolutely. We specialize in engraving portraits, pets, family photos, logos, and custom artwork. If your image isn't suitable, we'll contact you before production begins.

Will I receive a proof before engraving?

• Most orders do not require a proof to keep production moving quickly. If your design requires clarification or significant adjustments, we'll contact you before engraving.

Production

How long does it take to make my order?

• Most personalized items are produced within 2–5 business days. Larger or highly customized orders may require additional production time.
  

Can I rush my order?

• If you need your order by a specific date, please contact us before ordering. We'll do our best to accommodate your request whenever possible.
  

Shipping

How long does shipping take?

• Shipping times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected during checkout. Shipping time begins after your order has been processed and shipped.
  
• Delivery dates shown at checkout are estimates and are not guaranteed.
  

Do you ship internationally?

• Currently, we ship within the United States. International shipping may become available in the future.
  

Returns

Can I return a personalized item?

• Because every item is custom-made specifically for you, personalized products cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or we made an error.

What if my order arrives damaged?

• Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging. We'll work quickly to make it right.

Engraving

Is laser engraving permanent?

• Yes. Laser engraving creates a permanent mark that will not peel or fade like vinyl or printed designs.

Can I engrave my company logo?

• Yes, provided you own the rights or have permission to use the logo.
